We offer a 5-year warranty against wear if the following conditions are met:
– Flat (permanent) dry subfloor
– The recommended glue was applied
– The fitting instructions were followed
– The recommended maintenance instructions were followed
Zeno-Protect Clean-Off-Zone is specially designed to prevent dirt and moisture being trailed inside and to hide it in the material. The dirt is hidden in the yarn construction and is not easily visible. In order to guarantee its effectiveness, the entrance flooring should be cleaned regularly.
Daily maintenance
Thoroughly vacuum the Clean-Off-Zone with a brush vacuum cleaner, removing the loose dirt out of the pile. The turning brushes ensure that the flattened pile material is brushed up again. A brush vacuum cleaner brushes and sucks simultaneously, also removing the dirt that is embedded deeper into the pile material. We recommend a dry-cleaning system to remove stains or on areas that do not allow cleaning with water (for example because it needs to be used again at short notice). In this case, a powder is brushed into the pile. This powder is designed to absorb dirt and grease. Subsequently, the combined powder and dirt is sucked up by a powerful brush vacuum cleaner.
When using machines with chemicals, it is important to carefully follow the instructions of the manufacturer.
Regularly remove persistent dirt and grease using a spray extraction device. This treatment sprays high-pressured water with a tensiden-free carpet cleaning agent into the pile. Subsequently, the dirt and water are sucked up. It is important to thoroughly remove the cleaning agent residue. For this reason, we recommend repeating the spray extraction treatment without adding the cleaning agent, i.e. with clean water. After completing the treatment, the material should be fully dry before it is cleared for use again.
When machines and chemicals are used the instructions of the manufacturers must be closely followed.
